NML Kerala Public School celebrated Van Mahotsav 2026–27 with great enthusiasm from 01st July to 07th July 2026, inspiring students to understand the importance of trees and environmental conservation. The week-long celebration encouraged students to become responsible citizens and active protectors of nature through a series of engaging activities. Day 1 (01/07/2026): Pledge – The celebration commenced with a Green Pledge, where students solemnly pledged to protect nature, plant more trees, and adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. Day 2 (02/07/2026): Dance Performance – Students presented a graceful and thought-provoking dance highlighting the beauty of nature and the urgent need to conserve our environment. Day 3 (04/07/2026): Poster Making Competition – Students creatively expressed their environmental awareness through colourful posters carrying powerful messages on saving trees, protecting wildlife, and preserving the Earth. Day 4 (06/07/2026): Drawing Competition – Young artists showcased their imagination and artistic talents by illustrating themes related to forests, biodiversity, and a greener future. Day 5 (07/07/2026): Essay Writing Competition – Students articulated their thoughts on environmental conservation through meaningful essays, demonstrating their understanding of sustainable living and the significance of protecting natural resources. The Van Mahotsav celebrations successfully instilled environmental values among students, fostering creativity, awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility towards building a greener and more sustainable future.
